Dear Classmate:
Your reunion committee has been busy again! Our final class reunion will be held on
Friday, September 18, 2009, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel,
19677 E. Jackson Drive, Independence, MO 64057. (816-795-3781 or 816-350-3000)
A special room rate has been negotiated with the Hilton for $79 per night.
You are responsible for reserving your hotel room. A delicious meal, catered by the
Hereford House Restaurant, will be served at noon. Enclosed are your menu choices.
Please fill out the bottom section, clip, and return it to Billy Don Lee,

To obtain the very special price for the luncheon and the lowest possible hotel room rate,
we really need to hear from you as soon as possible.
We?ve worked very hard to keep costs at a minimum because we want every one
of you to join us for this last reunion. If there is lack of interest, we will have no choice
but to cancel the event. So you see how important it is for you to respond now and
mark your calendar. If we don?t hear from you within one month,
we?ll assume you?re not able to join us.
